Welcome to Mickeys Watersong Villa is a brand new 2 storey home available for rent from on the exclusive gated community of Watersong.
For our guests we have a fabulous family home with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms that has been upgraded throughout to a very high standard. Our home has 2 Living Areas, 2 Dining Areas, Laundry Room and Games Room and not forgetting that all important upgraded 30x15ft south west facing pool and spa ! Also if your family is sports mad like ours, then you will be pleased to hear we have an upgraded cable package for sports that includes UK PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL. Mickeys Watersong Villa has flat screen cable TVs and DVD players in all rooms. Every bathroom is equipped with hairdryers and hair straighteners so no one needs to hand around waiting for them, also the same applies with the iron. We have supplied 2 irons and ironing boards for your use. Our home is on a large conservation lot so you have some wonderful views from the pool and spa area of the trees and lake. You can even spot the hot air balloons as you lay by the pool. Why not sit at night after a hectic day at the theme parks and watch the sunset from the spa with a nice chilled drink in your hand, listening to the tranquility all around you. We have also provided free for our guests, board games, DVDs, CDs, Xbox 360 games and books for either lazy days by the oversized pool or fun family nights in with the children. You can also have fun in the well equipped games room that includes a wonderful slate bed pool table. There is also baby equipment free for your use that includes a high chair, 2 strollers, 2 car seats, baby alarms, gate guards, bed guard, cot and bedding. A PC is also in the home for your use plus we also have FREE Wi-Fi so bring your laptop and we also supply FREE local, national and international phone calls during your stay !! | We have 2 living areas in our home offering planty of space for your family and friends to relax after a busy day at the theme parks.
Sitting Area 1 In this Sitting Area you will find a large flat screen Cable TV and DVD player. There is a large sectional with lots of comfy cushions for you to get comfortable on with a glass of wine Dining Area The Dining area is right next to the living area mentioned above and has large dining room table that seats 8. Perfect for a family meal Family Room The 2nd of our living areas has large 42" flat screen Cable TV and DVD player, board games, CDs, DVDs, Books and the Xbox 360 with a selection of games. This room is right off the large open plan kitchen that has been upgraded fully also and has everything you would expect from a quality holiday home. From Coffe Maker, Blender and large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser right down to the bottle opener ! There is a large island in the kitchen where we have added some stools for extra seating or somewhere you can just sit and enjoy a sip of that freshly made coffee. All cutlery and crockery is provided too. Nook/2nd Dining Area Just off the kitchen area you will find our 2nd dining area. Here you will find a large marble table that seats 6 people comfortably with a great view of the pool area. |

| Master Suite 1 On the ground floor just off the family area you will find the first of our Master Suites which has a large oversized four poster bed. The Master Suite overlooks the pool area outside and has been equipped with large flat screen TV/DVD and Cable. There is also a large walk in closet in this bedroom. The Master bath has lots of starage space and has twin marble sinks, a large corner bath and a large walk in shower. A Hairdrier and Straighteners are also provided Master Suite 2 In our 2nd of our master suites you will find a four poster king bed with luxury mattressas well as large flat screen TV, DVD player and Cable. A walk in closet is also provided in this bedroom and there is ample drawer space. The master Bath has once again been upgraded with tiling throughout and has a large shower, wash hand basin, WC and hairdryer, as well as those all important hair straighteners. Master Suite 3 The large 3rd Master Suite has a Super Queen size bed with quality bed linen and overlooks the pool area. The room is also equipped with large flat screen cable tv and dvd player. There are built in wardrobes, loads of drawer space and a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. Hairdyer and Straighteners are again supplied. Master Suite 4 The last of our Master Suites again offers lots of space and has a super queen size bed, built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer storage. The en-suite again has a bath tub and shower, has storgae space and has a hairdryer and hair straighteners supplied. |

| We have 2 themed bedrooms for the kids in your party. Both rooms sleep 3 children/teenagers in each, as there is a twin bed and a set of bunks in both rooms. We have a Mickey Mouse themed room as well as a Neverland theme and both rooms have plenty of storage as well as Cable TVs and DVD players. Main Bathroom This bathroom is between the 2 themed bedrooms and has been upgraded throughout to offer a better standard of tile and design. In here you will find a bath, shower, Wash Hand basin and WC. You will also find a hairdryer and hair straighteners are provided here also. |

| One of the main features of the villa is the great South West facing pool and raised spa with oversized pool deck with plenty of luxury sun loungers, plus 2 sets of table and chairs for when you decide to eat al fresco. For a more relaxing night there is a conversation set also. To enter the pool and spa area you go through the patio doors from the kitchen/nook area. These doors have been alarmed for safety reasons so that for added peace of mind no young children can enter the pool area without you knowing it. The Lanai has also been upgraded to cover the entire length of the house, so if that Floridian sunshine gets too hot there are plenty of cool spots to escape too. Perfect for the kids and adults alike. If you prefer to soak up those rays then you will find plenty of padded sun loungers around the pool and spa area. The Pool has been upgraded to oversized 30x15ft and both the pool and raised spa area have had their heaters upgraded so that a swim or relax in the spa during those winter months can be achieved without effort. The pool also hs a safety fence fitted to help keep your children safe. |
