All rooms have TV's and ceiling fans and there is a games room with pool table ,Air-Hockey, electronic dart board & basket ball hoop game.The fully fitted kitchen includes full fridge/freezer,hob,cooker,microwave and full set of utensils. There is also a full size washing maching & tumble dryer. The pool with extended decking faces south to catch the sun all day and comes with loungers and table & chairs situated in the lanai for that welcome shade. We have also planted bushes around the pool area to provide total privacy.

The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance ( cooker,microwave,dish washer,fridge freezer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a formal dining area which seats 8, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook.
