Solana, with its Mediterranean feel and award winning design, allows you to escape the busy parks and malls and relax by the south west facing sunny pool which is fully screened.
The resort is surrounded by an architectural wall with a secure gated entrance and is fully landscaped.
A huge bonus for your party is the free use of all the facilities at the on-site clubhouse which includes state of the art gymnasium, large heated pool and spa, children’s play area, games room, bbq areas, cabanas and internet café. All this provides extra space to chill out and relax and the resort is very safe for children, they can make new friends and you don’t have to hit those parks early every morning.

A spacious tiled hall leads to the relaxing lounge area with a large entertainment system and deep, comfy sofas. There is FREE 24/7 UNLIMITED high speed wireless internet access so you can keep in touch with or just let friends know what a good time you are having. Of course there are complimentary local, national and international telephone calls so you can order that takeaway in for a quiet evening by the pool.
A large relaxing light and sunny room with a dramatic vaulted ceiling furnished in luxury with an entertainment armoire housing a television,video and dvd player.Large patio doors to the pool and deck offer a great place to unwind and plan the next days adventures. Books and games are also supplied for some family time fun.
The American style kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker/stove, waste disposal, coffee maker, glasses, cookware, kitchen utensils, tea towels, etc. A breakfast bar with a couple if stools means you can sit and watch your meal being prepared.
There is both a formal dining area and an informal area leading out to the pool deck and a unique blue and yellow games room boasting fooseball, darts, air hockey and a pool table to give you space to chill out together.

An enormous ground floor room with king size bed (UK Superking) has patio doors straight out to the pool. The en-suite bathroom boasts a corner bath, vanity unit, walk-in shower and wc. The walk-in wardrobes are eight feet square and offer plenty of storage for all that shopping! Sit in the rocking chair in this beautifully relaxing room and watch the cable tv in peace.
The cable tv means you can go and escape from the family for a while or lie in bed and unwind. The ceiling fan helps keep the temperature down.
2nd Master bedroom
This double room is on the second floor with a Queen bed (UK King), bedside tables and lamps, cable TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. This tastefully co-ordinated room looks out over the pool.

Bedrooms 3 & 4
Both of these are situated on the second floor and share a bathroom.One bedroom is ideal for the children with a triple bunk bed (double bed on bottom with single above). It is fully Disney themed with books, toys and designer decorated. The other upstairs bedroom has twin beds, walk in closet and is beautifully decorated to the highest standards.
Bedroom 5
This twin room is situated on the ground floor and has matching furnishings, cable tv and a bathroom with walk in shower just across the hall.

One of the main features of the villa is the great South-west facing pool with oversized pool deck of 30' X 40' complete with sun loungers, tables, pool toys and a security fence around the edge.
There is an undercover area ideal for al fresco dining and watching the kids in the pool. The pool measures 14' X 30' and has a spa attached. The glorious sun shines on the pool from mid morming until evening. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 6 sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. Florida glass screening and exterior planting offers seclusion.
There is also a gas BBQ available, and a ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot!

Solana is a lovely small community which is part residential and part rental and very peaceful. In addition to the facilities offered at the villa, there is a full size community pool, spa and club house, a children's play area, a soccer pitch,bbq areas and cabanas around the pool.
You'll love the villa so much you might never want to leave! It's still fun to call in at the Community Pool where you'll hook up with some of the locals and get the real flavour of American life.

Hello, Im not much to endorse anything, but the Villa that Jocelyn and her husband rent is fabulous, five bedrooms, four baths, four or five tvs, complete kitchen with everything except food. Very clean, in a very nice gated community, with a club house with computers, gym, video games, large pool and a pool at the villa. My three daughters and children all had a fabulous time while there, all the Disney attractions were visited as well as Cocoa Beach. The price of four motel rooms would have been four times the rent we paid. The villa is worth every penny we paid and when we go back to the area we will be booking with them again.
