The villa is fully furnished and has everything you will need for your self catering stay, making it a home from home. The local Walmart & a Publix supermarket are just a few minutes away and a 5-minute drive away is another one situated in the Champions Gate golf course and shopping complex which can provide for all your food and self catering requirements. Highnlands REserve golf course a few minutes away (will hire out clubs there) Many other golf courses nearby.

The lounge is equipped with Cable TV, DVD/CD and radio. There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas, and easy chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster etc), and the laundry is just off the lobby complete with American style full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.

There is a formal dining area which seats 8, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the lanai which has great views over the south facing pool area. this also gives shade for those hot sunny days. The Master bedroom has a TV DVD VHS combo. Door (alarmed) to pool. Queen size bed - (5ft)and an en-suite with Jack & Jill basins and a walk in shower room and 'garden tub'/bath.
The second bedroom (Queen size bed - (5ft) has an en-suite with direct access to the pool - thus saving wet feet traipsing through the lounge!
Both these bedrooms (and the lounge) have child friendly alarms to doors and windows, to warn of doors being opened to the pool area.

One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool with over sized pool deck. The area is screened with bushes not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with upgraded (2006) sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool.
There is also a ceiling fan in the Lanai to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot!
The pool can be illuminated for those evening meals by the pool.
The plot is larger than normal, so there is a larger than normal distance between the villas. The pool (fully screened) is shielded on 2 sides by bushes and the third side looks down a small valley, and not overlooked.

The prestigious development of Calabay Parc is located on Highway 27, approximately 5 minutes from Junction 55 (or 58) of the I-4, the main highway from which all the Disney Attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and the main shopping malls are accessed.
Calabay Parc is an immaculately maintained, peaceful community consisting of a variety of 3 ? 5 bedroom luxury and executive villas, all with private pools and finished to an exceptionally high specification. - It is now firmly established as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to vacation around the Disney and Orlando areas. There is a Tot lot with swings, slide etc.
Drive time to Disney is 12 - 15 minutes. The new road in to West of Disney can cut this, but the return toll is $2, worth it in the busy summer season.
Drive time to Orlando Airport is approximately 35 minutes.
About 1/2 mile from the community you will find a Walgreen's -pharmacy/supermarket, and petrol station.The other way (North on the 27) at Berry Town Centre has a Publix Supermarket, Applebees Restaurant, sports bars, banks etc within 2 miles and a new Walmart is only a further couple of miles, away . Also Highlands Reserve golf course is a few minutes away.
Within 5 minutes drive you have access to Champions Gate Golf Course and shopping complex, this includes a large Publix supermarket, liquor store, video hire shop, Chinese restaurant (which delivers), Mcdonald's, nail and hair salons amongst others. Also reached via Junction 58 from the I4 (This is the best approach from Orlando Airports and you pass the Publix at Champions Gate for stocking up with food stuffs etc on the way in.) Cracker Barrel, Dennys, Perkins, another McDonald's (!), Chinese, French restaurants, O'Gradys' beer and sports bar, Golf shop, all within minutes of Calabay Parc.
Highway 192 is a five minute drive North. This major thoroughfare boasts every conceivable type of shop and restaurant.
There is a large hospital (with an emergency dept) approximately 5 minutes drive away, and dentist and walk in health centres within easy reach.
