The owners are committed to maintaining and improving the high standard of accommodation and regularly make updates, the latest of which are free national and international telephone calls from the telephones in the villa, broadband Internet access and a fabulous 50" HD plasma tv with home theatre system. The family room has been decorated with an entertainment theme.

There are two main living areas, the formal lounge and dining room is a peaceful area where you can relax on one of the two sofas, read one of the many books provided, play one of the many board games or do a jigsaw puzzle. The lovely dining table and six chairs is perfect for a special family meal on a special occasion such as Christmas or Thanksgiving. In this room there is also a computer desk and chair where you can log on to the Internet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a family room decorated with an entertainment theme where you can sit and watch tv, listen to music or watch a DVD on the brand new 50" HD plasma tv with surround sound.
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (range, microwave oven, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, dish washer, coffee maker & toaster). A door leads to the adjoining laundry room which is complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the large table in the kitchen and the two high stools at the breakfast bar.

The Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished with white Floridian-style furniture including a king-size bed and headboard, huge chest of drawers and mirror, as well as two night stands. There is also a television and DVD player and a spacious walk-in closet with small safe. You can step straight out from this bedroom to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has two wash basins with ample storage space underneath and a huge lighted mirror, bath and separate walk-in shower. The toilet is situated in a separate adjoining room. There are bathroom scales, a hairdrier and a make-up mirror for added convenience.

The twin room is ideal for children with its colorful bedding, pictures and many stuffed toys There is ample storage space including a nightstand, a large closet which houses two chests. There is a television and a DVD player as well as books, games and DVDs.
The other bedroom has a queen-size bed, large chest of drawers, night stand, mirror, television, DVD player and large closet.
Between these two bedrooms is a family bathroom which has a vanity unit, toilet, bath and overhead shower. There is a hairdrier in this bathroom.

One of the special features of the villa is the great south-east facing pool with adjoining spa situated on the oversized pool deck. The area overlooks a small lake and you can spot many different birds visiting or fishing in the lake. Watch the sand hill cranes stroll elegantly around the lake, they have a very distinctive call so you will hear them before you see them, you will also see anhingas fishing in the lake then holding their wings out to dry, ibis, ducks and, if you are lucky, a wood stork which is an endangered species in Florida. There are three sun loungers, a towel rail and two small drinks tables as well as a table and chairs for al fresco dining. If you are an early riser you will be able to sit at the table with your first coffee of the day and watch the sun rise if you look over to the left. The icing on the cake is the spa where you can sit and relax at the end of the day. There are no complicated controls to mess with, just turn on the lights, set the timer, leave the water to warm up for a while then step in the spa, drink in hand and let the bubbles soothe away the exertions of the day.

Liberty Village is a quiet community which is part residential and part rental. There are jogging/cycling paths should you feel energetic.The nearest main road, Poinciana Boulevard is over 200 yards away and this has only one lane in each direction so there is, no heavy traffic to disturb you. Two right turns will take you to a WalMart store which is open 24 hours a day.
Despite the quiet location of Amber Villa, US Highway 192 with its numerous eating places and tourist attractions such as Old Town, Arabian Nights and many crazy golf courses is less than four miles away, Disney's Main gate is about a seven and a half mile drive.
