Dream Villa is a luxury spacious villa set in a very private location. It is only a 10 minute drive to Disney, and there are plenty of shops and resteraunts within a short distance (all along US 27 and Highway 192).
Two large living areas, a breakfast area and a more formal dining room for those special occasions.
The villa enjoys an extended south facing pool and spa, games room, high speed internet access and is located just 4 doors from the lovely Solana Clubhouse

There are two main living areas, the lounge and the family room. The family room is equipped with Cable TV, DVD/CD and high speed 24hour internet access. There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs.
Adjacent to the family room is the spacious kitchen and breakfast area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is also located on the ground floor complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area.

The 2 Master Bedrooms are both ensuite with King size beds.
One on ground floor and one on 1st floor.
Each are equipped with Cable TV.
Master bathroom on the ground floor has large bath and separate walk in showers.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.
Two are full size bedrooms with full size en suite bathrooms.
There are a further two twin rooms, which share a full size bathroom.
All the master and full bedrooms have TV's.

One of the main features of the villa is the great extended South facing pool and spa with pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool and spa, there is a decking area with a variety of patio furniture whick includes sun loungers, tables, etc,.

Solana is one of the finest communities in the area. In addition to the facilities offered at the villa, there is a full size community pool and club house, a children's play area, internet cafe, fitness room, games room, etc
Even though you'll love the villa so much you might never want to leave! It's still fun to call in at the Community Pool where you'll hook up with some of the locals and get the real flavour of American life.
