Property Description:
Villa4orlando is a beautiful executive villa set in a very private and peaceful location backing onto a lake. It is only a 10 minute drive from Disney Sea World and The Convention Centre and 15 minutes from Universal. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance including 'The Loop' at the junction of John Young Parkway and Osceola Parkway . Free high speed internet access

Living Areas:
There are two main living and dining areas, the lounge with ample seating for watching TV, DVD/CD is fully tiled and has a vaulted ceiling. Patio doors lead out to the pool area and give beautiful views over the lake. The dining area has a table and six chairs for a more formal meal. Adjacent to the Lounge is a second open plan family room, nook and kitchen all of which is fully tiled. No one should feel left out whether cooking or watching tv. There is a large L shaped suite perfect for watching the 42 inch cable tv. Patio doors lead out to the pool and give lovely views of the lake. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area.

Master Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with en suite walk in shower room, w.c., dressing area, twin vanity basins, walk in closet and ceiling fan. Relax in the king size bed and watch t.v. or video or step through the patio doors out to the pool for that early morning or evening swim.

Other Bedrooms:
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites. Bedroom 2 is a light airy south facing room which has a queen size bed, plenty of drawer space, a built in closet and beautiful views over the lake. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, plenty of drawer space and a built in closet. This room also has viewa of the lake. Each bedroom has cable TV. The bathroom servicing these bedrooms has a jucuzzi bath, shower wc and a door leading out to the pool.

Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the large south facing pool with spacious pool deck and covered lanai. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. We also have a large double garage.

Location & Surroundings:
Hunters Creek is in an excellent location between Orlando International Airport and Kissimmee. This premier development of mainly residential villas is set in a golfing area, surrounded by lakes and woodland. The strong Home Owners Association ensure that the area is maintained to a high standard. In addition to the facilities offered at the villa, there is a children's play area, tennis courts and basket ball courts.
