Property Description:
Mary Jo is a luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with a private south facing pool/Jacuzzi. Ideal for the guests who are looking for something just that little bit special. Luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout, our villa is listed to sleep 10 people comfortably. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and fully equipped with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. We offer Free local & long distance US calls & High speed Internet access. The villa is only minutes from Walt Disney World and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this community serves as a haven from the larger world, while remaining central to everything. Situated in a private estate of luxury homes with a 9 hole golf course meandering through the community, and nestled on the 440 lake Davenport with fishing facilities. There are 8 golf courses also within 15 minutes drive of the home with Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Champions Gate & Celebration but to mention a few.

Living Areas:
There ar two main living areas, the first is our family room which is equipped with a Digital 40inch Flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and 24 hour internet access, with ample seating. Adjacent to the family room is the formal lounge, here you can sit quietly and read, away from the distractions of the television, or play one of our many board games which we have provided for your enjoyment. Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice-maker. Along with the essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware, it is equipped with every thing you may possible need throughout your stay. The laundry room is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacume cleaner, iron and ironing board. We have a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfast and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area, and golf course.

Master Bedrooms:
Master Bedrooms 1 - is seperate from the other three rooms it has a luxurious King size bed which sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a 26 inch TV with DVD player, and is equipped with ceiling fan. The Master Bathroom has a large garden tub, walk in shower twin vanity unit and WC, and a door which leads straight to the pool area. Master Bedroom 2 - Tastefully decorated with a Queen Size bed a 20inch TV with Digital viewing and a ceiling fan. Directly across from this bedroom is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.

Other Bedrooms:
BEDROOM 3 A tastefully decorated kids themed room with 2 single beds, 20 inch TV, video and a play station 2 plus ceiling fan. BEDROOM 4 A luxurious decorated room with 2 single beds 20 inch TV, Digital viewing and ceiling fan. All towels and linens are supplied along with pool towels, each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing private pool/jacuzzi with an oversized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 6 sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. There is also a gas BBQ provided, and a ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot! We also have a large double garage with automatic door, so you don't have to go out to a baking hot car each day.

Location & Surroundings:
This villa is situated in a private estate of luxury homes with a 9 hole golf course meandering through the community, which nestles on the banks of the magnificent and peaceful 440 acre Lake Davenport, with fishing facilities beyond a landscaped Cabana and clubhouse. Where you, your family, and your guests may enjoy a friendly game of golf or just a relaxing afternoon at the pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children’s play area adjacent to the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging, or biking that wind through the community. Even though your home is close to the areas most renowned attractions, the activities and amenities our Clubhouse has to offer from friendly Barbecues and quiz nights to tennis and basketball courts for your recreation you may not choose to leave

If you require to pay in dollars please use the current exchange rates at the time of booking, we will honour this rate until the time of paying your balance, unless it changes to your favour, then we will accept the new rate. A deposit of £ 250 must accompany all bookings, the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday, A full list of terms and conditions will be sent at the time of making a booking enquiry. Sorry this is a non-smoking villa, but smoking will be allowed on the pool deck area. We do not allow any pets or animals to stay in this villa
