| Treasure Trove is a two storey detached villa built in 2005 and is particularly spacious with 4,200 sq.ft. of indoor living area. It has its own private, fully screened south facing pool, hot tub/spa, extended sun deck and a specially built terrace/lanai that offers shade when it becomes too hot. The villa is equipped to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with Master Suites (two of which have King Beds, one with a 4-Poster) and a Queen bed, plus 2 Twin bedrooms. The 2 main Dining areas are equipped with seating for 14 people formally, plus the Terrace can be used to dine al-fresco or a quick snack can be had at the bar table in the kitchen. As we use our villa as much as possible, it has been furnished to our own exacting high standards with platinum grade furniture and furnishings to offer true opulence. Treasure Trove incorporates an abundance of builder's upgrades to offer optimum quality and top facilities. Plus we have added a host of our own extras to ensure your visit is an exceedingly memorable occasion. |

| Three gorgeous seating areas offer plenty of spacious living. The large comfortable Family Room with 2 large sumptuous sofas and 2 comfy armchairs is ideal to relax in during the day or evening. An armoire houses a large-screen 200+ channel cable TV, including sports channels, with surround sound, DVD and VCR player, plus a Hi-Fi Stereo with Tape and CD decks, Digital Tuner and MP3 port; plenty of books, games, CDs and DVDs, offers plenty of choice for entertainment. For entertaining guests or some quiet time, why not sit in the stunning 'Formal' Lounge on either the luxurious sofa or love seat and relax in comfort. Alternatively why not spend time in the versatile Den, reading, watching a movie, playing one of the many board games, surfing the net on the computer or testing skills on the PS2 Games system. Dining in or out is easy at Treasure Trove Villa. Prepare a family feast or a quick snack at our fully equipped kitchen and choose to eat at the Nook with 6 seater country cottage style table, Dining room with a magnificent 8 seater table and chairs or al-fresco by the pool on the comfy deck furniture. For a quick snack the bar table and stools overlooking the pool has great views. Or if you prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries just a couple of minutes away at Champions Gate. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance, including dish washer, microwave oven, waste disposal, coffee maker, rice maker, ice machine, blenders, toaster and much more.... A separate Laundry Room with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board is near the bedrooms and ideal to freshen up those clothes. |

| Sleeping at Treasure Trove is as comforting as can be, with a grand four-poster sleep-soft king-size bed in the master bedroom, a mirrored dresser, twin nightstands with lamps, telephone and a clock/radio alarm. Also a beautiful armoire with 27-inch cable TV, chaise longue and bed bench adds a luxurious touch. The master bedroom also has a magnificent master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored raised vanity basins, a roman tub, step-in shower and toilet, with luxury fittings plus a huge walk-in closet. The ensuite second master bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, dresser with cable TV, twin nightstands with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, walk-in closet space and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet. Whilst the sparkling pool is just right to cool off in or for the more active, use the many pool toys.
