There are two main living areas, the lounge is equipped with Cable TV, DVD/CD +internet access . There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs.
Adjacent to the Lounge is a second family room. Here, you can sit and quietly read, away from the distractions of the television, or perhaps play one of the many board or PS2 games which are provided for your enjoyment.
FREE INTERNET ACCESS
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, toaster), and the laundry is complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a formal dining area which seats 8, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast bar .

One of the main features of the villa is the great South East facing pool with oversized pool deck.The hot tub/spa waterfalls into the main pool. Pool toys are provided.
The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with sun loungers,recliners plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool.
The pool has under water lighting for evening swim parties.
