Calabay Parc is located off highway 27, minutes from the 192, I4, restaurants, shops and championship golf courses. Disney is just 12 minutes away, I4 is just 3 minutes away for easy access to Universal, Seaworld, Wet and Wild and all the shopping on International Drive. Publix, the local supermarket, is 2 minutes away and Walmart just 5. So all your essentials are very close by.

Spacious family room is equipped with NEW FLAT PANEL plasma HDTV features upgraded cable (300 channels),DVD and VCR and a Playstation 2 console with new games and a video library of over 50 videos.
There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast bar. Linens and silverware for 12.

The 2 Master Bedrooms both feature large ensuites and walk in closets. They both have luxury Queen size beds. Each are equipped with 22inch TV's, and offer private access to the Pool Deck.

Bedroom three features another Queen sized bedroom with tv. There are two further sets of twins - one decorated in the 'pooh bear' theme for the little ones.

One of the main features of the villa is the great private pool with oversized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 6 sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool.
There is also a BBQ provided, and a ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot!

Calabay Parc Subdivision is the place to be. With unique Spanish architecture this Subdivision is a class above the rest. The owners all subscribe to the same association to maintain the common areas and their own lawns (i.e. you will not be next to someone who does not maintain their property with trash everywhere). Calabay is just 12 minutes drive to Disney and is wonderfully located to all local ammenities. Recent guests have re-booked for next year and they do not plan on telling their children that they are anywhere near Disney so they can just 'chill' at the Villa they were so impressed. We pride ourselves on our level of service and comfort provided. We urge you to book early to get the dates you require.
