The Master Bedroom has a CALIFORNIAN King Bed with a huge 16’’ deep-pocketed
mattress for extra comfort. Luxury comforters and fittings, en-

the pool and lake beyond. Private En-suite: separate shower/bath.

The second Master bedroom has a Queen bed, with 16” deep-pocketed mattress,
multi channel TV and a clock radio and shares a 2nd en-suite (Jack
and Jill) bathroom/shower with the third bedroom.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated with a ‘Disney’
theme. There is a T.V. with video player. All rooms have ample built-
in wardrobe space and storage drawers. Extra bedding and towels
(plus separate pool towels) are provided.

The Garden and Pool/ Jacuzzi is beautifully surrounded by lush
tropical plants and overlooks a lake. There is plenty of patio
furniture - including tables, chairs and sun beds. There is a paved
area on the lawn for Free BBQ Grill. A pool door alarm is provided
as part of the house security system (children must be supervised at
all times near water).

We waited a year to buy a house on this particular sub-division because of it's great location and wonderful neighbours-the lake view was a bonus! The location is near enough to all the fun to enable you to pop back during the day but private enough so that you feel as though you are in a peaceful quite oasis, should you need it! We stayed at many different homes during the two years (in total) we were searching for our 'Florida dream home' so knew exactly what we were looking for! Once we found our home we fell in love with it and are so pleased our guests all feel the same - take a look at just a few of our 'guests comments' on our website. Once you have experienced the relaxation and flexibility you have there, you will want to return again and again!
