The Villa is very spacious and perfectly complimented by a co-ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accommodation offers four fully furnished double bedrooms to comfortably sleep eight guests. There is a superb 42" Plasma TV in the spacious Family Room, coupled with Sony DVD player, as well as a DVD & book library. One of the sofas easily converts to a double bed and can provide additional accommodation for a further two guests. A travel cot, highchair, stroller and linen has been provided to accommodate the younger traveler. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans have been fitted in the main living area and master bedrooms to provide additional comfort and cool air.
High quality floor tiling is laid throughout the living areas.
2x free safety deposit boxes are provided in each Master Bedroom.

An outside dining table and chairs enables comfortable Al fresco dining and the covered lanai provides a cool shaded area. The seven (yes seven !!) cushioned sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine! A fine mesh screen allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out and the opaque nature of the lower section provides privacy and seclusion. The pool and sun deck have outside lighting for those warm holiday evenings and your night time swim.
The fantastic games room has been tastefully equipped with a professional size, 8 foot, slate bed pool table, PS2 Games Console with wall mounted flat screen LCD TV, table football and a games/toy box.
