| Manatee Villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms for added comfort. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need for your holiday. We have a lovely south-westerly facing screened and heated 24ft pool with a large deck area which gets the sun from 10am to sunset throughout the year. We also offer High Speed Internet Access and unlimited free International, local, long distance calls. UK, Ireland and many other countries included. |

| The Lounge provides the perfect place to relax after a hard day at the mall. There are two lovely hand stitched leather sofas and plenty of features to keep you amused. There is a 42" HD TV with 130+ channels and On-demand movies. Watch the latest film releases as if you'd rented a DVD. There is a DVD & VCR with a selection of DVD/videos for your use. There is a Sony PS2 with a selection of games. If you decide not to watch TV then you can listen to CD's or the radio whilst looking out over the pool area and lake which, provides some spectacular sunsets in the evenings. There is a ceiling fan to make things even cooler if required. You step through the sliding-door to access the lanai, pool and deck.
The Kitchen is very bright and spacious and contains a double sink with waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, teapot and a full range of pots, pans, cooking utensils and enough plates, cutlery, cups and glasses for a small army. There are plastic plates and cups for use in the pool area. The nook seats 4 people for breakfast or for that nice quiet chat over a cup of tea. A door leads to the utility room, which has a washing machine, tumble drier, vacuum cleaner, washing basket and access to the double garage. |

| Master Bedrooms: | ||
| The master bedroom is huge and overlooks the pool and lake. It has a king-sized bed, large dressing table, bedside cabinets, and a chest of drawers. There is a ceiling fan, 29 inch TV, radio/alarm clock and telephone.
The en-suite bathroom is large, bright and airy. There is a toilet, large walk-in shower, and large oval bath, twin sinks with lots of space for your toiletries, a walk-in closet with shelves and plenty of hangers for storage. There is also a hair-dryer for you use...don't want any bad hair days do we? There is also a small wall safe which you may use (at your own risk). |

There are 2 twin-bedded rooms. One has a Disney theme which is very popular with children young and old. The other twin bedroom overlooks the pool & lake. There is a queen-bedded room with TV, VCR and additional dressing table. |

| The pool area really is a beautiful place to relax and an ideal place for the kids to play. You can just lie back, watch the birds feeding and hear the fish jumping in the lake whilst enjoying a nice cool drink.
The large pool and deck area runs the full width of the house and is 40ft x 19ft. It is fully screened to stop those over-friendly bugs from annoying you. The pool is 24ft x 14ft and shelves gently from 3ft. to approx. 6 ft. We have a security fence for children which cn be erected if required. The large deck area next to the pool is 19ft x 14ft which means there's plenty of room for everyone to get some rays. There are sun loungers for your added comfort and pool towels are provided. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area. There is a covered lanai 14ft x 8ft, which has a table and chairs to offer you a cooler, shaded area out of the sun. This is most welcome in those hot summer months. You can still keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool. The sunsets in the evening can be really spectacular and life just seems to floats by. |

| Liberty Village is a small, convenient development of lovely villas just off Poinciana Boulevard. It is only 5 minutes from the many restaurants, shops (including a 24hr Wal-Mart) and attractions of Highway 192. This peaceful and scenic community is just 10 minutes from Disney and perfect as a base for park-hopping, shopping or just relaxing.
