There are two living areas, the lounge is equipped with 50inch HI Def Cable TV, DVD/CD High speed internet access is available just bring your laptop. There is also celing fans for extra comfort Adjacent to the Lounge is a cosy snug area with a comfy sofa and large easy chair . Here you can sit and quietly read, away from the distractions of the television, or watch the children play in the pool,there are numerous books and board games, videos and dvds which are provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance dish washer, coffee maker, electric can opener, microwave ect.

Master Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed. A large screen Cable TV, a large walk in closet and the ensuite bathroom has a large walk in shower

Other Bedrooms:
The two other bedrooms comprise of a queen size bed with cable tv and large closet and a twin room with a tv/vcr player with plenty of videos to keep the children happy These two bedroom share a family bathroom with tub and shower

One of the main features of the villa is the wonderfull South facing pool with florida glass for total privacy. The Garden area has been planted with lush tropical plants.
