This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is so close to Disney that you can even hear the fireworks in the evening. The south-facing pool means that you get the sun all day long which is especially important in the winter months. The villa looks out on to a children's playing area at the back which is very rarely used so it has a very quiet location. The villa is air-conditioned with the addition of ceiling fans in the living area and all bedrooms. There is a games area with a pool table, table football and electronic darts.

The living room contains a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater settee and an armchair. It is equipped with Cable TV, video/DVD player and radio/CD player.There is a small selection of films and a choice of board games for those evenings when you may wish to stay at home.
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (gas cooker, dish washer, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and toaster), and the laundry area is just next door in the garage complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook or the table and chairs by the pool.

The main master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has direct access to the pool. It has a King size bed, and is equipped with Cable TV, clock radio, telephone and ceiling fan. All the bathrooms are supplied with hair dryers.
The second master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, a double bed, cable TV and ceiling fan.

The remaining two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom which is also useful for people using the pool. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, and is themed with Winnie the Pooh characters, ideal for young children or the young at heart. The third bedroom also has twin beds and both rooms have ceiling fans.

One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool with pool deck. The area looks out over the children's playground which is very rarely used so it is a very pleasant location. In addition to the pool, there is a patio area with 2 sun loungers, plus a table and 4 chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. There are also 2 reclining chairs with footstools.There are safety alarms on all doors which give access to the pool for peace of mind.
We also have a large double garage, so you don't have to go out to a baking hot car each day! This also has a games area containing a pool table, table football and electronic darts.

Indian Creek is a lovely community which is part residential and part rental. In addition to the facilities offered at the villa, there is a tennis court, a children's play area, and a baseball pitch all within a minute's walk.
Indian Creek is one of the closest communities to Disney and only a short distance from a good selection of restaurants and shops.
