Property Description:
If you are searching for a vacation home with that WOW factor then step inside! The Villa boasts an amazing amount of open plan living space. Also three themed bedrooms and the added bonus of FREE hi speed wireless internet and FREE national & international calls. The total sq footage of our Villa is 2308. The first floor consists of 4 large bedrooms. With the master bedroom being of generous proportion and the 3 remaining bedrooms comfortably accommodating twin beds.

Living Areas:
As you enter our Villa you will notice immediately how spacious the ground floor is with the Lounge area, family room, dinning area and kitchen all being open plan., A childs high chair/play pen /safetly gate are provided for our smaller guests. The ground floor also has a cloak room. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.

Master Bedrooms:
The master bedroom with cable TV is extremely large and accommodates a futon so if a younger guest wishes to sleep with Mummy & Daddy this can be easily arranged.A cot/crib is provided for our very small guests. The master bedroom also has an en-suite with a seperate tub and shower cubicle followed by a large walk in wardrobe.

Other Bedrooms:
The further 3 bedrooms are all of a good size and are fitted out as twin rooms. A games console is sited in the 4th bedroom.

Exterior:
Outside we have a 14' x 28' south west facing pool which is Solar heated and has optical lighting for nights in by the pool. Ample high quality patio furniture comfortably accomodates 8.

Location & Surroundings:
Sunrise Lakes Community..... Sunrise Lakes is one of the newest and nearest Communities to the wonderful Disney Complex, just 10 minutes drive. Whilst for the golfers the Championsgate Golf Course is just a few minutes away. Within walking distance is a large ‘Winn Dixie’ supermarket, Post Office, ATM’s Doctors, Chemist, ‘Wendy’ eat in or takeaway there is also a take away pizza bar Only half-a-mile away is a large ‘Walmart’ supermarket,(open 24 hours) and just across the road is a Gas Station, whilst the lively 192 highway (within 5 mins drive) has further shops and restaurants, all that you could ask for.
