The fully fitted kitchen has a family size fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal and comes equipped with everything you will need, from the pots and pans down to a bottle opener.

The comfortable master bedroom is en-suite with a King size bed, cable T.V. DVD and ceiling fan. It has access to the pool deck through the bathroom where there is a large walk in shower, twin sinks and walk in wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

The free-form pool overlooks an open green area affording it a great degree of privacy with a pleasant vista. There is a covered lanai for those who want a little shade and plenty of space by the pool for those who want to make the most of the Florida sun. There are comfortable recliners, ottomans, chairs and table by the pool and access to the master suite bathroom. Pool heat is available at an extra charge for the cooler months.

Indian Ridge is an easy drive from Orlando International Airport and located just off the 192 down Old Lake Wilson Road. On the 192 you will find an endless selection of restaurants and shops and for banking, post office, boutiques and more restaurants, the sophisticated new town of Celebration is just minutes away.
Disney's Main Gate and all the attractions are only a 10 minute drive; Wet & Wild on International Drive and Universal Studios can both be reached in 25 minutes. Clearwater on the Gulf Coast and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Coast are easily accessible by car as is the Kennedy Space Centre. One of the best golf courses in the Orlando area (Mystic Dunes) and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy are close by.
