- Stay on Topic
To help both members and guests navigate this site and get the advice they are
looking, please keep your posts on topic about Florida. Cross threading can get
very annoying for the reader and may cause someone to go elsewhere for the
information they are seeking. It is therefore in all our interests to stay on
topic. Additionally, please observe the forum & category layout carefully. All
Owner's chat that would not be relevant to site Guests should be conducted in
the Owner's area please.
Being a co-operative, members opinions and constructive arguments are highly
valued, on occasions threads/posts maybe considered to the detriment of the
site. The administrators and moderators are therefore able to amend or remove
any postings as they see fit. Although they will do their utmost to view every
post it may not be possible to catch all the unacceptable ones, we therefore
remind you that the messages entered are the sole views of the author. The forum

held responsible for the content of any message placed here.
