Westridge

An ideally located development just 10 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, but also convenient for I4 giving access to Universal Studios, and Sea World. The villas are mainly rental, but there is also a mix of residential housing, and the community is only a mile from the famous 192 with its massive selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Clear Creek 
Clear Creek is located on the US27 one mile north of the US192. It is a quiet community that is part residential and part short term rental.
At the entrance to the development is a supermarket, pizza delivery shop, bank, post office and petrol station. There is also a brand new Super Walmart very close by.
Its location makes it in an ideal position for reaching all the Central Florida Theme parks and attractions.

Glenbrook Resort 
is a new community located on the US 27, ten minutes drive from Disney. It is a 30/40 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
Resort amenties in the Clubhouse include free Internet Access, FAX facilities, a Games Room and a Gym all free of charge for guests.
Glenbrook has a resort size swimming pool with free use of Tennis and Volleyball courts.
A new Walmart has just opened nearby and there is a variety of restraunts and golf courses within a few minutes drive.

Weston Hills
An well located development in a gated community for additional security. It is about 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, but also convenient for I4 giving access to Universal Studios, and Sea World. There is a children’s play area and pool, plus an community swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court and football pitch. The 192 is only 5 minutes away, where there is a wide range of shops and restaurants.

Orange Tree
Set in the middle of an Orange Grove, the scenery here is spectacular. All the villas are well appointed, and the community also boasts a tennis court, basketball court and children's play area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Greater Groves 
This is a lovely development, which is about 60% residential and 40% short term rental. You really notice this difference at holiday time (Christmas, Halloween & Thanksgiving) as the locals decorate their houses with usual American exuberance!. Set in a conservation area, many villas have superb views, and there is often local wildlife to be seen. There is a community pool plus tennis courts and soccer pitch along with a children's play area.

Esprit 
Esprit is a small private community located at the junction of the 192 with the 27, just 10 minutes from Disney. Although close to all the shops and restaurants on the 192, it is sufficiently far away from Kissimmee to have a more relaxed feel than some of the other communities. There is a local 9 hole golf course, and the 600 acre Davenport Lake, where you can fish and sail, as well as a community swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court. There is also a local shopping plaza, and not far away is a large Publix supermarket which sells just about everything you are likely to need during your stay. Next door to Publix is a public library where you can get free internet access to keep in touch with the folks back home.

Vista Del Lago 
Vista Del Lago is a quiet, gated lakeside community located just 5 miles west of Disney on the 192. The complex is made up mainly of residential homes and with strict community rules it is clean, quite and very safe. The complex boasts 3 large heated swimming pools, a kiddies pool & playground, 2 Jacuzzi's, 2 flood lit tennis courts, gym, pool room, basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard all of which are FREE to residents.

Davenport Lakes 
Davenport Lakes is just South of the junction of I27 and the 192. It's a beautiful area with its own golf course and a large 400 acre lake. Within 2 miles there is a large Publix supermarket, and most of the popular shops and restaurants are just a little further away on the 192. Disney is less than a 10 minute drive away.

The Palms at Davenport Lakes
The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates is an established development with a mixture of holiday and residential homes and despite its closeness to the action offers a haven of peace and quiet after a busy day at the parks. The community is located on U.S. 27, just 2 minutes south of the west-end of U.S. 192. and the area is extremely popular with both golfers and vacationers. Within a few miles you will find all the popular eating places, bars, restaurants.

Florida Pines 
Florida Pines is a new development, ideally located off Highway 27. It provides convenient access to I4 from which most of the popular tourist attractions can be reached. Shops and restaurants can be found all within a 10 minute drive, all along the 192. There are several golf courses near by, and areas of outstanding natural beauty.

Highgate Park

Highlands Reserve 
The Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away on the 192.

Sunset Ridge
is one mile south of the I4 accessed from the US27. It is tranquil but with its proximity to I4, offers excellent access to all of Central Florida’s attractions. Disney World resort is less than 15 minutes away, and Sea World is 20 minutes. It also is ideal for heading west to Busch gardens and makes Tampa an excellent alternative gateway.

Westbury 
Surrounded by Orange Groves, this new community is conveniently located for access to all the theme parks. Disney is a 12 minute drive, and there are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby on both the 192 and International Drive.

Royal Palms
1 mile from the I4/HW27 intersection so getting to the Disney Theme parks, and all the Orlando attractions couldn't be easier. Disney is just 15 minutes away. Set amongst orange groves, this is a mostly American residential area, with a few holiday rentals here and there, so you will be living with American famlies. Plenty of Supermarkets, Restaurants, Take-outs, Garages etc within a few miles. Friendly local bar within staggering distance!

Bentley Oaks 
A mainly residential area set in open countryside. There aren't many short term let properties here, so this is a good choice to see the real Florida and find American neighbors.

A new development being built by Superior Homes, the builders of Highland Reserve.

Bridgewater Crossing 
is located a short 10 minute drive from Highway 192 on CR54 (Ronald Regan PKWY) which is home to many shops, supermarkets, gas stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a mini-market conveniently located only 500 yards from the community and a large Publix supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. Lake Madison is a ten minute stroll away, where there is a very pleasant nature trail around the lake. Other amenities include a community pool and tennis courts.

Ashley Manor 
is probably the smallest community of just 24 homes. Set in a quiet, tranquil, idyllic and rural location, it is ideal for all amenities. Disney is just 10 minutes drive, Interstate 4 exit just 2 miles and Orlando Int. airport 20 miles. Champions Gate with its 2 golf courses, Publix supermarket, shops, restaurants and gas station is only 3 minutes drive. An excellent location for All that is Florida

Windwood Bay 
The charming community of Windwood Bay is located on CR54 and is set in the natural, beautiful setting of Central Florida. It is 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 10 minutes from HWY192 with all its shopping and attractions, and minutes away from numerous golf courses. The world class golfing community of Championsgate is 3 minutes away and there is also a Publix supermarket as well as several other shops and restaurants. The I-4 jct58 is 3 minutes away and links to the Gulf coast, Space coast and the airports. Lake Madison is a pleasant stroll from the community with its nature trail around the lake.

Lake Wilson Preserve 
A small Mediterranean style community of just 96 homes. Each house has a Spanish style terracotta roof and block paved driveway. The homes are all finished in a variety of soft but warm colours giving the whole area a very upmarket feel. It is just a true 9 minutes to the gates of Disney with all the attractions on offer.

Sandy Ridge 
Sandy Ridge is a small new development set in woodlands and lake conservation areas. Situated on road number 532 close to Champions Gate. It has easy access from Junction 58 on the I.4 or from the US 192 via Highway 545.Just 10 minutes from Disney, 5 minutes from golf but in a peaceful secluded area.

Town Centre

Formosa Gardens 
This is the closest luxury, gated community to Disney World and is superbly placed for all of the attractions.

Rolling Hills 
at Formosa Gardens is a small development of luxury villas less than three miles from Disney World. Houses are spaced well apart and the development features many water-front properties. The development also features a number of open green areas and Rolling Hills is surrounded on two sides by a wildlife protection area. As a result it is a very peaceful and tranquil setting for a relaxing vacation yet it is within easy reach of the theme parks and the restaurants, stores and facilities on US 192.

Windsor Hills

Poinciana 
South of the 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, this newly built community is further away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, but still within a 30 minute drive of Disney.

Southern Dunes 
Southern Dunes is a gated community with a beautiful golf course, set in the countryside and surrounded by orange groves. Community facilities include a Swimming pool, tennis courts and a children’s play area. It offers easy access to all the major attractions whilst providing peace and quiet for relaxation on those chill out days.

Calabray Parc at Tower Lakes 
is a new development from the builders of Calabay Park.  Located on US27 on a beautiful lake the community will be gated with many on site features such as club house, boat ramp, fishing dock, a variety of water sports and picnic area.

OakPoint 
OakPoint, Kissimmee, is just 15 minutes drive from Disney and 8 minutes drive from the Highway 192 attractions. 
Oak Point is a private residential community just 15 minutes drive from Disney. The many shops and restaurants on Highway 192 can be reached within a 10 minute drive.

Grand Reserve 
Grand Reserve offers spacious accommodation in villas built on generous sized plots.  A quiet, gated and mainly residential community with villas built around a central wetland preservation area and lake, which is home to many species of wildlife.  This is a peaceful location and yet is just minutes from many amenities and access to juction 58 of Interstate 4 and the 192

Thousand Oaks 
Thousand Oaks is a very peaceful and secluded development.  This exclusive area is appropriately named as the villas are surrounded by beautiful woodland conservation with a multitude of very old majestic oaks and several natural lakes, the main one of which is over 40 acres in size.  Woodland walks, fishing and wildlife watching are favorite pursuits.  Thousand Oaks is situated on CR54 and is 10 minutes from Highway 192 and approximately 2 miles from exit 58 of Interstate 4.

Pinewood Country Estates
Pinewood Country Estates is a beautiful development surrounded by oak trees, a woodland conservation area and a lake. It is situated on CR54, which is only 2 minutes from the main arterial route of Interstate 4, yet is so peaceful and tranquil and so close to all the main attractions. Two minutes from the estate is the new development of Championsgate, a golf and retail development which includes a shopping centre and golf complex, including two Greg Norman designed 18-hole golf courses and a David Leadbetter golf school.

Sunset Lakes 
Sunset Lakes is a small, quiet gated community with executive style homes situated around a private lake. There is a community swimming and it is only 10 minutes from Disney. All the other famous attractions, several golf courses, and many shops and restaurants are nearby.

Indian Creek
Indian Creek is a lakeside community which has excellent community facilities. There is a tennis court, putting green, children's play area, basketball court, and a jogging track around the lake. It is well situated for all the theme parks, and has good access to all the shops and restaurants along the 192.

Windsor Palms 
Windsor Palms is a gated community of executive homes located just off the 192. Although close to all the shops, restaurants and other amenities, it is set in a beautiful countryside. Four Corners
This is a mixed community of both residential and short term rental properties. It is ideally situated in a peaceful location next to Calabay Parc and within minutes of the I4 for easy access to all the area attractions. Disney is less than 10 minutes away, and there is a wide range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a short distance.

Emerald Island
Set in a conservation area of protected woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island is a gated community of superior and executive homes. Just a short drive from Disney and all the other attractions, and yet with all the facilities you may decide to just stay home.
The Clubhouse has a fitness suite, sauna and meeting room, plus there is internet access on site, and a small shop. Outside there is a community swimming pool and spa, along with a volleyball court, Children's Play Area and Nature Trail.

Lindfields

Buenaventura Lakes
This is mainly a residential area, although there are also some short term rental villas. The area is mainly quiet and peaceful, being set further away from the main tourist areas. Disney is approximately a 20 minute drive, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within the vicinity.
Buenaventura Lakes also has several Golf Courses, Ventura Downs Shopping Mall with 2 large supermarkets, and a Library (useful for their free internet access).

Chatham Park
One of the most popular communities, Disney is a 15 minute drive, and Universal Studios only 20 minutes up the I4. The I4 also gives excellent access to the beaches on both costs in about a one hour drive. (Cocoa, Daytona, Tampa ), whilst along the 192 is a 24 hour Wal-Mart and many shopping malls and restaurants.

Hunters Creek
Hunters Creek is a premier development of mainly residential villas set in a golfing area and surrounded by lakes and woodland. The Hamlets
The Hamlets is a quiet gated community of just 51 homes - a mixture of residential & holiday properties and is  surrounded by trees. It is a few minutes from highway 192 with hundreds of shops & restaurants but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise or traffic. Only 15 mins to Disney & around 30 mins to Universal Studios.
