The purpose of the Disney Premier Villas (‘DPV’) Vacation Villa Validation (‘VVV’) program is to provide guests with an assurance that the properties advertised within the DPV site are owned by the individuals advertising the properties on the site. It is a requirement of advertising on the ‘DPV’ that the advertiser is the owner of the property.
Rules:
All Disney villas advertised on ‘DPV’ must be validated every six months.
Owners are required to provide evidence of current ownership to the ‘DPV’ site ‘VVV’ Administrator.
Change of ownership must be communicated to ‘DPV’ site ‘VVV’ Administrator.
‘VVV’ does not guarantee the accuracy of the advert content provided by the owner, only that the ownership of the property has been verified.
Validation Process:
Villa Owners are required to provide proof of ownership to the DPV site ‘VVV’ Administrator every six months.
Evidence required will be in the form of a copy of a current ‘Utility bill’, Current Hotel Occupancy License, Tax Return, or if none of these are available a Management Companies Monthly bill for the advertised property. The documentation submitted must clearly identify the ‘DPV’ advert name. ‘DPV’ may use this data to search public records held on US Official County sites.
If the property that is being advertised is still being built, then the advertiser should submit either a ‘builders note’, or ‘contract of sale’ these documents should indicate the expected completion date of the property.

Owners will be advised of their Villas validation dates, and the documents required to validate their villa must be provided within four weeks of this date, if documents are not provided in this timescale, the villa advert will lapse, and will be suspended from the site.
